On May 19, 2023, Century Hengtong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Century Hengtong ") was officially listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code 301428. In this listing, Century Hengtong issued a total of 24,666,670 shares at an issue price of RMB 26.35 per share. The fund managed by Nuoyan Capital increased its capital in Century Hengtong in May 2018.
Century Hengtong was established in June 2006 with a registered capital of RMB 74 million. It is a professional information technology service provider. Through independent development of technology platforms and building of service networks, it provides information technology services such as user value-added and expansion services to large corporate customers with many individual users, such as financial institutions, telecom operators, Internet companies, and expressway groups. In 2022, the company achieved operating income of RMB 915 million and net profit of RMB 78.0476 million.
Based on the concept of "big platform + small application", through the B2B2C model, relying on outstanding product development capabilities, information technology capabilities and operation management capabilities, Century Hengtong integrates various merchant service resources, content information resources, customer service resources and other online and offline resources to form different system platform functional modules, and develops customized service products by calling different functional modules, which are sold to large enterprise customers to meet the needs of their C-end users, reflecting strong technical innovation application capabilities and rapid response service capabilities.
